What do most Walking or Exercise Books Leave Out?

Regular exercise helps our body to stay in good shape, to be strong and healthy. Exercise also helps our body from ageing, increasing

growth and development, strengthening muscles and stretching, improving athleticism and lose fat. By reading these books written solely about regular Exercise, you will know the usefulness of Exercise in your daily life, how they can be most effective and how you can get the best out of your daily workout.

The Superior Exercise, in my opinion is "Walking" simple because it does not require any equipment and no joining fee, but more importantly it gives massive health benefits and you get almost the same value from other forms of exercise.

Do we need Exercise Books?

According to a research study, the current demand level for various types of exercise books is estimated to be around 2 million per year. In addition to this, there is a demand from offices, commercial establishment and households.

Exercise books are extremely helpful to learn valuable tips or systems that most of us never learned in school. Many Walking Exercise books provide practical guides and activities, so that we can unlock repetitive unhealthy physical patterns.

Experiential exercises might be able to break through even the most strongly constructed unhealthy habits and defenses.

Are All Books about Fitness/Walking Exercise the same?

No, but mostly a regular exercise book provides practical techniques and activities that move your large muscles, such as those in your arms and legs. Running, swimming, walking, bicycling, dancing, and doing jumping jacks are examples of aerobic activity. Aerobic activity also is called endurance activity., while some talks about a unique method of walking like the "Chi Walking" and others focuses more on a specific terrain where Walking is beneficial.

Here are some common tips you can learn from most Fitness Books:

  1. Keep your head up. When you're walking, focus on standing tall

  2. Lengthen your back

  3. Keep your shoulders down and back

  4. Engage your core

  5. Swing your arms

  6. Step from heel to toe

Not your regular Walking/Exercise book

This book is called Walking + because the exercises pair walking with other exercises that you can do at the same time, giving greater benefit for your effort and to bring in an element of fun. Walking is paired with other exercises including from the disciplines of yoga and mindfulness and other techniques.

With the advances in transportation, TV, computers and most of the technology the modern western world has achieved, humans on average spend in excess of six hours per day in a sitting position. There is a wealth of scientific evidence indicating serious consequences for our posture, weight, circulatory system, and even longevity when it comes to spending too much time at our desks, on the couch in front of the TV, or just ‘sitting around

Walking regularly is an aerobic exercise and the health benefits are innumerable. It not only helps us to maintain a healthy weight, but it can also lower the risks associated with diabetes, heart disease, and some forms of cancer. The stress reduction benefit alone provides added energy and a better night’s sleep.

Combining walking with other exercises further increases health benefits and combat these health challenges.
